Guestrooms are being held for TALS research funded meeting participants at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel with overflow accommodations at the Seaport Hotel (one block away). Hotel reservations must be made in conjunction with registration for the meeting.

A confirmation letter will be emailed to you from the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel to confirm your accommodations. Your arrival and departure dates will be based on the information you provided at the time of registration. See below for instructions to modify or cancel a reservation.
Housing will be provided for all Target ALS research funded individuals at no cost. Non-funded meeting participants will be responsible for securing their own accommodations. Discounted rooms are available at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel.
A confirmation letter will be emailed to you from the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel to confirm your accommodations. There is a link in this letter that allows you to change or cancel your reservation.
Reservations need to be cancelled at least three calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, or guests will be charged a one-night penalty.
Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in a "no-show fee" of one (1) night’s room and current sales tax and cancellation of the reservation. If your travel plans are delayed, please be sure to notify the hotel directly to avoid this fee.
In the event you wish to depart earlier than scheduled, the hotel may charge an "early departure fee". To avoid this fee, confirm your departure date with the hotel before or during check-in.
