Quality / Network Recommendations
The quality of your livestream experience is largely dependent on the download speed you have from you ISP (Internet Service Provider) or mobile provider. Your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to time of day; WiFi performance; other devices/users utilizing your connection; and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP. For the best possible experience, a download bandwidth of 4.8 Mbps is needed to see live streams in full HD (1080p). Attendees will require a minimum download bandwidth of 1.5 Mbps, in order to see the stream in low resolution (360p).

Cookies
When joining an event on the web, event participants will be prompted to accept cookies. App users can always change their cookies preferences by clearing the cookies from their browsers. App users will be asked to accept the cookies again when accessing the app.
