TALS Research Funded Participants
Guestrooms are being held for TALS research funded meeting participants at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel with overflow accommodations at Hyatt Place Boston and the Seaport Hotel (one block away). IMPORTANT! Hotel reservation requests must be made in conjunction with registration for the meeting. Housing assignments will be confirmed by April 1, 2024.

Hotel accommodations will be provided at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel or the Seaport Hotel Boston based on the arrival and departure dates you provided at the time of registration. Housing will be confirmed by April 19, 2024. If you need to make any changes to your housing, it is imperative that you contact us immediately.
Housing will be provided for all Target ALS research funded individuals at no cost. Non-funded meeting participants will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

Reservations need to be cancelled at least three calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, or guests will be charged a one-night penalty.
Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in a "no-show fee" of one (1) night’s room and current sales tax and cancellation of the reservation. If your travel plans are delayed or require cancelation, please contact us immediately to avoid this fee.
In the event you wish to depart earlier than scheduled, the hotel may charge an "early departure fee". To avoid this fee, please confirm your departure date with the hotel before or during check-in or contact us in advance for assistance.
